How to monitor Google+ with Scup

Scup was the first Brazilian social media monitoring platform to offer support for Google+, the social network from Google. Users of the tool can monitor the social network as well as post and schedule posts on their pages.

In Scup searches, you can monitor Google+ by keyword or search interactions made on a registered page. Learn more about the two types of search below:

Search

What does it collect?

It collects all public Google+ posts that contain the registered keyword.

How can I create this search?

a) Click on Settings > Searches> Add new search and select the Google+ > Search

b) Register the keyword you would like to search for.

Tip: Use the search expression builder to facilitate entering the term you would like to collect.

c) And that's it! Now simply go to Mentions and find the results of your searches.

What does it collect?

It collects all posts and comments from a registered page

How can I create this search?

a) To create this search, you first need to have a Google+ page that will perform the search, registered in Scup. Registration is completed in Settings > Accounts> Add new account.

b) Next, go to Settings > Searches > Add new search and select the Google+ > Page

c) Select the registered page that will perform the search.

d) Now simply go to Mentions and find the results of your searches.
