What is the purpose of network charts and tags in Scup?

Did you know that Scup generates charts for the tags and searches you add in your monitoring?

Find out where you can view them and how to filter out unwanted tags and searches

After you add tags and searches, Scup automatically generates tag and search charts in the Reports tab.

To view them, go to Reports > Mention Analysis.

Network Representation

In Mention Analysis, you can view the network chart under Network Representation. This will help you find out which social media mentions your brand the most.

Chart with absolute values: see the number of positive, neutral, negative, mixed and unclassified mentions per social network

Chart with percentages: Proportional comparison between networks, allowing you to determine which network you are doing better or worse in.

Tag Representation

In the Mention Analysis submenu, you can find the tag chart under Tag Representation. Using classification by tags, you can view the type of subject your brand is related to in social media.

Absolute values: view the number of positive, neutral, negative, mixed and unclassified mentions per tag.

Percentage values: Proportional comparison between tags, allowing you to determine the most commented subject

In addition, you can also filter which networks or tags you would like to view in the charts. Just go Reports > Mention Analysis > Filters > Searches or tags
